Shipping, returns & common questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 5–7 business days to most US addresses. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on US orders over $49. Below that it is a flat $5.95.

How do I return an item?

Email us within 30 days of delivery and include a short video of the item you want to return, showing the product and its packaging. We use the video to check the item and to sort out damage claims with the carrier, so a return cannot be approved without it.

Once the video is approved we send you a return label. The item has to be unused and in its original packaging. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days of the parcel reaching us.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a video within 48 hours of delivery showing the outer box and the damaged item. We replace it or refund it — you choose — and you do not pay return shipping on a damaged order.

Where do Kestlow orders ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped from our United States warehouse, which is why domestic delivery is quick.
